There is no processing charge for payment by check. Please print this completed registration form and mail the completed form plus your check to our Conference registration chair: Madeline Johnson, Treasurer, PO Box 33336, Riverside MO 64168. Please make your check payable to “AMSOV” and write AMSOV Conference 2024 on the subject line of your check. (The address will be repeated on a confirmation email that will be sent to you.)

Note: We are a nonprofit self-funding corporation. This additional charge covers the processing fee associated with PayPal or credit card payments. There is no charge for payment by a paper check mailed to us. The $11.00 is nonrefundable.

Cancellation Notice

If you cancel your Conference registration the following will apply:

Cancellation before December 31, 2023 – full refund
Cancellation before March 1, 2024 – refund of 50% of Conference registration fee
Cancellation after March 1, 2024 – no refund

Note: If the Conference was paid for by credit card, the $11.00 fee is nonrefundable.

Conference Participation Agreement

By attending or participating in this Conference, you agree to grant to the Association of Major Symphony Orchestras (AMSOV) and its representatives permission to capture photographs, audio and/or video recordings, including those relating to your involvement in this event. You agree that any or all of these photographs or recordings may be used in any form as part of any future publications, websites, newsletters or other printed or digital materials used to promote AMSOV, and that such use may be made without payment of any fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.

If you do not consent, then please try to avoid all situations where you may be photographed. We will make a similar effort, although we make no guaranties that this is possible (such as, for example, in the case of group photographs).

Please mention that you are with the AMSOV Conference. The per night room cost at the Loews Kansas City Hotel is $239 (plus taxes and fees). This room rate is good from April 2 through April 7 in the event you wish to come early or stay late.
